- Go to Fulfillment
- Click on the Warehouses option
- Locate the Low stock alert status for your warehouse. If it's marked as "Not set," proceed to the next step.
- Click on the Edit button to access the low stock alert settings.
- Enter the desired quantity of products that will trigger a low stock alert in the provided field.
- Click on the Save and continue button
For businesses with multiple warehouses, repeat the process for each warehouse, setting specific low stock alert quantities based on the individual needs.
What Happens Next?

Automated Product Checks:
- The Bemakers system checks the stock levels of your products every three hours for each warehouse.

Email Notifications:
- If any product falls below the specified low stock alert value, you will receive an email notification.
- The email will include a list of products that triggered the low stock alert, along with detailed information for each product, such as the product name and the remaining quantity in stock.

If you have products stored in your own warehouse, you can manually update stock information on the product page to reflect accurate quantities.
