Release note: November 18, 2024

What's new:

• Shipping Rates for Switzerland: We’ve added shipping rates so you can now see estimated shipping prices for parcel delivery to Switzerland with UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Rates for pallets will be added later.

• Detailed Combo Bundles in Invoices: Invoices now list each item in combo bundles individually, meeting legislative requirements for organic products to be labelled as ECO. For pre-packed bundles, the organic status will display as a whole—meaning the entire bundle is either fully organic or fully non-organic—based on the setup you selected.

• GLS Disabled for Sweden B2C Orders: GLS is no longer available for B2C orders to Sweden, as GLS cannot perform the required age checks for this market.

• New DHL Pricing: New DHL shipping rates went into effect as of November 1st, reflecting an increase in base prices.

• Delivery Method Filter: You can now filter orders by delivery method, allowing you to easily find orders for "click and collect," "home delivery," and "digital" options. Read more

• Updated General Terms: The General Terms document was updated on October 31, 2024. This latest version is now visible. 

Improvements:

• We made a few changes to make the Price Calculator easier to use:

  • New "Customer Pays for Shipping" Option: You can now exclude shipping fees from the calculation with this checkbox.
  • Clearer Modes: We renamed modes for clarity. They’re now "Retail Price," "Wholesale Price," and "Ex-Works Price."
  • "Other Country" is now available in Ex-Works mode.
  • Help Icons: Look for “?” icons to get tips on each part of the calculator.
