What's New:

• Automatic free circulation declarations (Denmark customs warehouse)
  Declarations are now generated automatically via DMS for orders shipped from the Danish customs warehouse.

  • B2C orders: created instantly
  • B2B orders: created after ~20 minutes, allowing time to cancel the order if needed
• Charging per shipping label
  Shipping fees are now calculated based on the number of shipping labels created per order.
  The system automatically adjusts the cost if labels are added or removed.
  In some cases, the warehouse may create additional labels (for example, if the order cannot be shipped in a single parcel as requested), and the cost will reflect this.

• Organic product validation notifications
  You will be notified if a product cannot be sold due to a missing or invalid organic certificate, or if the product label is missing the required eco code or eco sign.
  This notification is shown:

  • on the product page
  • when adding the product to an order

Improvements: 

• VAT no longer required for NL & DK B2B customers
  VAT number is no longer mandatory for B2B/distributor customers in the Netherlands and Denmark.
