How to Customize Column Visibility in Your Tables?

In this guide, we will explain how you can customize the visibility of columns across different tables in your platform, including Orders, Customers, Products, Stock Movements, Webshop Products, and more.

Where to Find the Column Customization Option?

To access column customization:

1. Go to the Table You Want to Customize
   • Navigate to the section you want to modify (e.g., Orders, Customers, Products, Webshop Products, etc.).
2. Click on the Settings Icon (Gear Icon) at the Top Right of the Table
   • This will open the column settings panel, where you can control column visibility and order.
3. View and Modify the Available Columns
   • The panel will display all columns associated with that table.
   • Columns are grouped into:
     • Default Columns – Visible when you first log in.
     • Locked Columns – Some key columns (e.g., Order Number in Orders, SKU in Products) cannot be removed or moved.
     • Hidden Columns – Available but not shown by default. You can enable them as needed.

How to Customize Columns?

Once you access the column settings panel:

1. To Show or Hide a Column: Simply check or uncheck the checkbox next to the column name.
2. To Reorder Columns:
   • Click and drag a column name up or down to change its position in the table.
   • Locked columns cannot be moved and will remain in their designated positions.

Saving Column Settings

Your selected columns and order will be saved automatically per table.
