How do I invite business customer to my B2B shop?
In this article we will review how you can invite business customers to your wholesale webshop, enabling them to make direct purchases from you.
Before you begin inviting business customers, ensure that the Brand Store feature is enabled for your webshop. If you're unsure about its status or need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team who will gladly enable it for you.

- Go to Customers
- Note: Identify the specific customer you wish to invite to your wholesale shop. Remember, this invitation is only applicable to business customers, so ensure that the selected customer falls under this category.
- Click on customer
Within the Customer's profile page, you'll find an option labeled "Invite to Wholesale". Click on this button to initiate the invitation process. A confirmation prompt will appear; simply confirm the action to proceed.
Invitation Sent!
Congratulations! Your customer will now receive an invitation via email. This email will contain all the necessary instructions for them to proceed further.
Once your customer receives the invitation, they will have the option to accept it. After accepting, they will gain access to your wholesale shop.
With the invitation accepted, your customer can now log in to your wholesale shop using their credentials. Once logged in, they will be able to browse your product offerings and place their business-to-business (B2B) orders directly with you.
