How can I delete beverage, bundle or extra?
Whether it's beverages, bundles, or extras, knowing how to navigate the process of deletion efficiently is essential. In this article, we'll guide you through the steps of deleting products on the Bemakers platform, ensuring a seamless experience.
Let's get started!
- Login to the Bemakers platform.
- Go to Products.
- Select the needed product and click on the Delete button. A prompt will appear to confirm your action or inform you as to why deletion is not possible.
- Confirm that you indeed wish to delete the selected product. If sure, click on the "Confirm" button to proceed.
It's not always possible to delete a product straight away, here are some different scenarios.
- If the product you're deleting is part of a bundle, you'll need to address this dependency first before deleting the product. You have several options:
- Decide whether to delete the bundle.
- Modify the bundle by replacing the product or excluding it from the bundle.
- If the product is added to one or more webshops, deleting it will also remove it from these other webshops. You'll receive a notification, allowing you to proceed with the deletion or cancel the action.
- If you decide to proceed then your product and webshop products will be deleted altogether.
- if you decide to cancel the action then neither product nor webshop products will not be deleted.
- If the product is neither part of a bundle nor linked to any webshop, it will be deleted outright without any further considerations.
Once a product is deleted, its status will be marked accordingly in orders and stock movements. This ensures transparency and clarity.
