How to generate reports
You're able to generate two types of reports with Bemakers:
- Product Sales Report (aggregate) - this provides a summary of products sold, including prices, within a selected period. See total units sold, revenue, COGS, and profit margins in one view.
- Volume Report - summarizes the volume of products sold within a selected period.
- Customer Sales Report - provides a clear overview of your sales performance, breaking down the number of orders, total revenue, and average order value (AOV) per customer.
- Tax Warehouse Report - View excise duties payable for national orders and distance sales to private individuals in the EU, including reimbursable amounts.
- Extended producer responsivity Report - provide the data for recycling reporting based on your setup
- If you are a DK Maker with a Danish VAT number: this report covers all sales from your own Denmark warehouse (and Bemakers Denmark warehouse, if applicable) to both private and business customers in Denmark.
- If you are another EU Maker: this report covers all sales from your own warehouse to private and business customers in your own country.
- Inventory Snapshot Report – gives you a clear overview of your stock levels at a specific date.
- Use the Inventory Snapshot Report together with the “Expires within” filter to quickly identify products that have expired or are close to expiring, helping you keep track of stock freshness and manage product turnover efficiently.
