How to View and Edit Your Product Prices in Bulk
You can now easily view and update your product prices across multiple markets directly from one place. This guide shows you how to use the bulk pricing editor in the Bemakers platform and highlights an important difference compared to other parts of the system: your changes are saved instantly.
Let's get started!
- Login as Maker
- Click on Products > Prices.
- You will see a list of all your products and their prices per market (e.g., Austria in EUR, Denmark in DKK).
- Click the Edit Prices button in the top right corner.
You’ll enter the editing view where you can update prices for different price groups:
- Consumer
- Off-trade
- On-trade
- Ex works
Each price is listed excluding VAT, but you can see the VAT rate for each market at the top of each section.
How to Edit Prices?
- In the editable price view, click directly on a cell to type a new price.
- Enter your number (e.g.,
34,00). - Then either:
- Hit Enter on your keyboard, or
- Click outside the cell (for example, in another row or column).
Your change will be saved instantly — no need to click a save button!
Important!
On this screen, your changes are saved automatically as soon as you leave the cell.
This is different from other areas of the platform where you need to press “Save” to confirm.
Need Help With VAT?
There’s a simple VAT calculator on the right side of the page.
You can:
- Enter a price including VAT
- Choose the VAT rate
- See what the price is excluding VAT
This is helpful if you want to round prices or make sure everything adds up correctly.
How to Move Between Cells (Keyboard Shortcuts)
You can use your mouse to click on any cell, but you also have quick options using your keyboard:
- Arrow keys – Move up, down, left, or right between cells.
- Tab – Move to the next cell on the right.
- Enter – Save the current cell and move down to the next row (next product).
- Shift + Tab – Move to the previous cell on the left.
- To switch from one country to another, press Tab twice after finishing the last column.
This lets you jump directly into the next table
