How to track stock using your own warehouse

In this article will cover how to set up the inventory function to track your stock. 

You now have the possibility to allocate stock amount to specific products. Meaning that as you receive order of that product it will automatically decrease the amount available until its sets to Sold out! 

Let's get started!

1. Go to Products

Select the product you would like to add the stock amount.  

Click Edit product (beverage, bundle, extra)

Once on the beverage settings page, you will have the possibility to:

1. Find your warehouse and click on the Add tracking option for it   
2. Check the Track quantity checkbox
3. Set the number of Products in inventory
4. Click on Save and continue (this is not updating the beverage only pre-set the value)
5. To save the changes you need to Save product

Look for the inventory column on the product table to see stock information for each product.

If you come across a product where stock tracking is not enabled, you will see the text "Inventory not tracked" for that particular product.

Additionally, out-of-stock products are highlighted in red, making them easily identifiable.
