How to Manage Orders from Bemakers Trade

Bemakers Trade offers a platform for you as a Brand Owners to list and sell your products. In this article, we will guide you on how orders from Bemakers Trade automatically appear in your account, making order tracking and financial management more efficient.

Accessing Orders on Bemakers Trade

Once you've signed the Bemakers Trade Agreement and listed your products for Bemakers Trade, managing orders is straightforward.

Orders from Bemakers Trade will automatically appear in your account within 24 hours of being placed on the Bemakers Trade platform. These orders will look similar to your other orders. To see the Trade order just: 

1. Log in to your Bemakers account

2. Go to the Orders

3. From Source filter, select Bemakers Trade, you'll now only see orders that came from Bemakers Trade in the table. See here how Order Filters work

You can click on the order row in the table to check order details.

Note: Bemakers Trade orders have the Bemakers Trade source on the order page, making them easily recognizable.

Understanding Order Details

Each trade order will contain vital information to help you manage your sales effectively:

• Customer Details: You can view the customer's name and shipping address to see who is ordering. 

• Product and Quantity: See the products sold and the quantity for each item in the order.

• Pricing: Understand the price that Bemakers will pay for the products. Bemakers will always use the wholesale price of the product to pay out to you.
