How to Change the Warehouse for an already Submitted Order
In this article, we'll guide you through the process of changing the warehouse for an order that has already been submitted on the Bemakers platform. There are various reasons for needing to make this adjustment, such as receiving an order from a sales channel with an automatically assigned warehouse or discovering that the selected warehouse is unable to fulfill the order. Fortunately, Bemakers allows you to modify the warehouse until the order is confirmed.

Navigate to the Orders page on the Bemakers Platform
- Find the specific order for which you need to change the warehouse.

Click on the order to access its details.

On the order page, click the Edit button.

Click on the Products tab to view the products included in the order.

Verify if the warehouse selected for the order is incorrect or cannot fulfill the order.

Click on the Edit option next to the warehouse details.

Choose another warehouse that has all the required products in stock and in the necessary quantities to fulfill the order.
- Click on the Save and continue button to confirm the warehouse change.
- Navigate through the subsequent screens, ensuring the correct carrier is selected and the appropriate package option is chosen for the order.
- Click on the Next button until you reach the last step.
- Click on the Submit button to finalize the order submission.
The system will check the new warehouse's inventory. If all products are available in the required quantity, the order will be successfully submitted. Otherwise, an error message will be displayed, and the order won't be submitted.
Once order submitted, the new warehouse will receive an email containing the picking list. They can then pick, pack, and confirm the order. The initial warehouse will notice that they can no longer confirm the order.
Attention: When changing the warehouse for an order with reserved funds, ensure that the total order price remains unchanged. Any alterations to the total price may prevent the successful submission of the order.
