Use this guide to find information on How to make changes to draft and submitted orders. Changes are possible in orders that are in draft and submitted status. Once an order moves to registered status no more changes can be made.
Let's get started!
- Go to Order page and find the order (In draft or Submitted) that you would like to make a change.
- In the order, you want to make changes, click on the three dots to the right and select edit. You will now have the possibility to edit all the elements of the order: Customer, product, and shipment.
You can not make changes on the confirmed orders.
